1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the website at https://8e880.bio and all associated mobile interfaces, games, betting markets, account services, and support functions operated under the 8e880 brand.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of deposited funds and any credited bonuses held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it is eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on 8e880 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a Restricted Person as defined in Clause 1.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by 8e880 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 8e880 or any of its technology, payment, or gaming partners.
• All personal information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete.

8e880 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to supply requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 8e880 will result in temporary Account suspension pending verification.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each User may hold only one registered Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 8e880 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify 8e880 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 8e880 may suspend your Account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

You are prohibited from selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your Account or any Balance within it to any other person. Any such transfer will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

8e880 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment accounts or cards used must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated periodically. 8e880 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated. Uncompleted wagering will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to matched-betting techniques, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple Accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

7. Game Rules and Sports Betting

Each casino game and sports betting market available on 8e880 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or market description. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail with respect to the play of that game only.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without their explicit consent.

• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful in connection with the Platform.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 8e880 to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending Account, forfeit any Balance held, and pursue any additional legal remedies available.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8e880 Platform, including but not limited to the 8e880 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software, is the property of 8e880 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8e880. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 8e880 and its licensors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8e880 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a User's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond 8e880's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by a User in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.

8e880's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data

13. Account Closure and Termination

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 8e880 will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal of your Balance before deactivating the Account. Closure requests are typically processed within two business days.

8e880 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where: a User breaches these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected; a User fails to complete required identity verification; or the continued operation of the Account creates legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for the Platform.

Where an Account is closed by 8e880 due to proven fraud, abuse, or material breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited in its entirety.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a complaint about any aspect of the 8e880 Platform or service, please contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected], clearly describing the issue and any relevant transaction or game reference numbers. 8e880 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aims to provide a full response within five business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may escalate the matter in writing to the 8e880 management team via the same email address. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to final and binding resolution by 8e880's internal disputes process. 8e880's decision on all betting disputes is final.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 8e880 operates. Nothing in this clause limits 8e880's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8e880 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
